1-2-1 Pilates Sessions

If you have specific goals to achieve or want to be challenged on an individual basis then 1-2-1s are the correct choice for you. The session is designed to work your body to its individual needs and involves working on the studio equipment, small equipment and mat.

Pilates is a whole system and provides a dynamic whole body workout challenging many different areas of fitness including:

  • Core stability
  • Flexibility

  • Stamina

  • Strength

  • Co-ordination

  • Toning, conditioning and sculpting body shape

  • Postural retraining

The system progresses you through beginner and intermediate stages and eventually to the advanced workout. At each stage you will feel challenged and you will work to the threshold of your particular fitness goal.

A session last 55 minutes.
